    We manufacture a wide range of jigsaw puzzle sizes, the largest and most frequently produced currently being the 1000pc.

    The most popular children’s puzzle sizes produced in our factory are the 100pc, 250pc, and 24pc floor puzzles.

    As all of our boxes are also bespokely made, you can decide exactly how you would like your puzzles to be housed.

All of our jigsaw production is undertaken at our single site in Northamptonshire. This gives us the best oversight on quality control, allows us to quote a much shorter lead times than overseas suppliers, and means we’re centrally based for UK delivery

 FAQs

  • Once your design has been printed to paper, the first process in our factory is to adhere the paper to a cardboard backing. You can choose from greyboard cardboard, or for a more premium jigsaw puzzle, a cardboard that is dyed blue.

    Once the cardboard is lined with the printed design it is die-cut into the piece count of your choice e.g. 500pcs. The puzzle is then sent through a machine that makes sure all of the pieces are broken apart and then is sent down a chute into a sealed bag.

    Once bagged, jigsaw puzzles are packed inline into the boxes and lids that we make on our boxmaking machines.

    At every stage in the production process there are thorough quality checks to ensure only the highest quality jigsaw puzzles are produced.

  • In order to make the set-up times for our machinery economical we suggest a minimum order quantity of at least 1,000 units, with a minimum of 500 units per design.

  • Our most popular puzzle size is 1000pcs.

  • Around 4-6 weeks from approved artwork.
